Extra Stop Charges (per additional stop):

• Sedan — $15.00 + HST
• SUV (up to 7 passengers) — $25.00 + HST
• Stretch Limousine (8 or 12 passenger) — $50.00 + HST

Toronto Pearson Airport Pickup Fee:
An additional fee is charged by Toronto Pearson Airport Authorities for all vehicle pickups at the terminal. This fee is passed through to the client at cost:

• Sedan and SUV (up to 6 passengers) — $20.00
• Stretch Limousines — $40.00
• Limo Bus or Coach Bus (up to 55 passengers) — $120.00

Highway 407 ETR Tolls:
Any tolls incurred on Highway 407 ETR will be charged at the 407 ETR’s published rates. View the 407 ETR toll calculator here.

Waiting Time Policy

Airport Arrivals — Complimentary Wait Time:
We monitor all flights in real time. For airport arrivals, we provide 1 hour of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight arrival time — not the scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will be there. Should a delay extend beyond the 1-hour complimentary period, please contact our dispatch team at 1-888-921-1116 to make arrangements. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate for your vehicle.

Non-Airport Pickups — Complimentary Wait Time:
For all non-airport pickups, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes will be billed at the applicable hourly rate for the vehicle.

For sedan and SUV airport transfers, 24 to 48 hours is generally sufficient. For stretch limousines, Sprinter vans, and party buses, 1 to 2 weeks is recommended.
