Reservation Deposit Policy
Sedans, SUVs, and Airport Transfers
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Stretch Limousines, Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, and Coach Buses
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon the vehicle’s arrival on your booking date.
Luxury Vehicles: Rolls-Royce Ghost, Phantom 8 Series, Phantom Two-Tone, Cullinan, and Mercedes-Maybach S 580
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve any luxury vehicle. This deposit secures the vehicle exclusively for your booking date and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Terms of Services
All published rates use flat-rate pricing and are subject to 13% HST (Ontario Sales Tax) and 15% driver’s gratuity, which will be clearly itemised on your final invoice. Additional charges apply as follows.
Extra Stop Charges (per additional stop)
- Sedan: $15.00 plus HST
- SUV (up to 7 passengers): $25.00 plus HST
- Stretch Limousine (8 or 12 passenger): $50.00 plus HST
Toronto Pearson Airport Pickup Fee
An additional fee is charged by Toronto Pearson Airport Authorities for all vehicle pickups at the terminal. This fee is passed through to the client at cost.
- Sedan and SUV (up to 6 passengers): $20.00
- Stretch Limousines: $40.00
- Limo Bus or Coach Bus (up to 55 passengers): $120.00
Highway 407 ETR Tolls
Any tolls incurred on Highway 407 ETR will be charged at the 407 ETR published rates. View the 407 ETR toll calculator at 407etr.com.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by vehicle category and notice period. For complete cancellation policy details please visit our Cancellation Policy page or contact us directly at 1-888-921-1116. The $750 deposit on all Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Maybach S 580 bookings is non-refundable under all circumstances regardless of notice period.
Waiting Time Policy
Airport Arrivals: Complimentary Wait Time
We monitor all flights in real time. Every airport arrival includes 1 hour of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight arrival time, not the scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will be there. Should a delay extend beyond the 1-hour complimentary period, contact our dispatch team at 1-888-921-1116. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate for your vehicle.
Non-Airport Pickups: Complimentary Wait Time
For all non-airport pickups, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes will be billed at the applicable hourly rate for the vehicle.
